Q: BDCFF -> MAPS Converter

Post by schlonkel »

Hi. I have created 4 Caves in middle of 1980s with the original BDCK. Now i want to create Maps of it with the Converter. But how can i do that? The Caves are saved in "2 Block"-Files and cant read by the BDCFF. I havent found an info here (search), so i try to ask. If there is a solution written before please tell me the link :)

Thanks in advance!

This tool can only read BDCFF files.
You can use GDash, though. It comes with a converter into GDash's native format, and GDash itself is also able to create such maps.

Hmmm, GDash can only read full Cavesets, but my Caves are "seperately", how can i make a full Caveset with the files from BDCK?! Or is it possible to lead seperate Caves with GDash? I see no possibility. :(

You can use the Deluxe Packer to create a standalone game out of them.
