Marek4 - What is???

Post by johnomg »

A question for Logic or anyone that knows :D

I was looking through Logic's Zip File and in MAREK4 I noticed these programs: FLA, FK1, FK2, FK3, L.01, L.02, L.03, L.04, L.05, L.06 and L.07

I select one of them, it loads and says it's ready, then nothing else happens.

Out of curiosity, what are they suppose to do and/or what is their purpose???

Regards
John :D

Thanks Logic :D

I thought they might of been some Beta Games or Caves that were still on the Disk and needed a Special way to start them.

Actually L.01 - L.07 are. Those are a few caves I made when I did the Flaschbier Kit.

Cool

Is there a way to play them???

I have tried running them with WinVICE and CCS64 with no luck, it says they have Loaded and are Ready but nothing happens after that.

I did look at the "Flaschbier Kit" to see if that is used to play them, but it's written in a Language I don't understand :(

Well, it's written in German. Here is what it means:
Use joystick to move the cursor showing the item to place.
left arrow = continues placing on/off
d = random place current item
f = fill cave with current item
s = save cave to disk
l = load cave from disk
@ = delete cave from disk
+,- = select item
t = test cave
restore = return to the editor
when the intro appears, press restore.

Thanks for the Translation Logic :D

I tried Loading, Selecting and Testing, all I get is Cave 01 full of Dirt and the Timer counting down.

When I press Restore at the Intro Screen I get the same Cave 01 with a Rockford that I can place where I want.

I can't seem to select any of the other Caves on the Disk.

Are L.01 - L.07 actually playable Caves or just Blank Templates???

I'm probably missing a obvious way to Load L.01 - L.07
