Is there way to make my levels stand-alone?

Post by foody »

I want to use the typical Commodore 64 boulder dash construction kit, nothing fancy or anything. In fact, I want to go as far as use them on my real system using real joystick, disk drive, but when I want to make my levels I want to make it stand-alone to be played by everyone, simply typing the name of my boulder-dash game. How do i do that? (I want the stand-alone making program for C64) Thanks in advance.

I don't think that is possible without programming skills (anyone correct me if i'm wrong). But why not use http://www.boulder-dash.nl/forum/viewtopic.php?t=185
It is much better and have all the tools to make a standalone game.
