Problems in BDCFF files on the home page

Post by LogicDeLuxe »

I just noticed, the Effect attributes are very inaccurate in the files here: http://www.boulder-dash.nl/bdcff.php?lang=en
Whoever has Tim Stridmann's X2BDCFF converter, hopefully has access to the source and can correct those. (Otherwise, we have to use a new one. Gdash is well on the way to fulfill this task.)

First of all, please use the exact element names from the data base: http://www.emeraldmines.net/BDCFF/defau ... n=mapcodes
(Changing the data base to fit those files is out of question, as they have typos as well.)

And if possible, always have two values for DiamondValue.

Another thing is the intermission size. If they aren't the default (which include C64 native sized ones), the size should be stated. The AmoebaThreshold has to be aligned accordingly.

And I think, it's time to mention this data base on that page as well, since http://www.boulder-dash.nl/bdcff_doc.html is somewhat dated.

Thanks.

The bdcff page is updated and has a link to that site as well.
